Shikha Rai

Shikha Rai possesses extensive experience in the fields of IT and Human Resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of IT & HR at Canon India Private Limited. Previously, Shikha has held managerial positions in IT at Duracell India and Bausch & Lomb India. Early in the career, Shikha worked as a Senior Engineer at BHEL. Academically, Shikha earned a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completing studies there from 1984 to 1988, and attended DP Girls, Allahabad from 1982 to 1984.
