Julia Guidi, CEBS, has extensive experience in the benefits sector, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. Julia has progressed through various roles including Senior Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Julia worked as a Customer Service Associate at First Republic Bank and gained early experience as a Benefits & HRIS Intern at Toshiba America Medical Systems.
