Michèle Busselaar

Michèle Busselaar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michèle currently works at Canon Production Printing as the Director of Human Resources, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the HR Director for the CPP BU & PPP/EMEA department. Before joining Canon Production Printing, Michèle worked at Océ - A Canon Company for six years, where they held various positions, including Human Resources Manager for Business Units & HR and HR Manager for PPP Device Development & OIP-PSV. Michèle also gained experience at Canon EMEA as an HR Business Partner and at Atos International as an HR Business Consultant, Project & Bid Manager, and Career Coach. Additionally, they worked at Indigo N.V. (now Hewlett Packard) and Cox Geelen in financial and administrative positions, respectively. Michèle's expertise lies in strategic personnel planning, talent management, organizational development, and HR process design and implementation.

Michèle Busselaar completed their VWO at Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest from 1982 to 1988. Michèle then pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics, specializing in Business Economics, Organisation, and Marketing at Maastricht University from 1988 to 1994.
