Prakhyat Hejmady

Prakhyat Hejmady is an experienced professional in the fields of mechanical engineering and chemical engineering, holding a PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology. Prakhyat currently serves as Team Lead for Toner Development and a Material & Process Interaction Researcher at Canon Production Printing, a role held since February 2020. Prior to this, Prakhyat co-founded and served as COO at Keiron Printing Technologies from July 2019 to February 2022. Prakhyat also contributed to research as a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology from October 2015 to February 2021, focusing on 3D printing by selective laser sintering of polymers in collaboration with TNO and DSM, and worked as a Project Assistant at Raman Research Institute from June 2010 to July 2013 on size separation and unification of granular materials for the pharmaceutical and food industries. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, followed by Master's degrees in Polymer Processing from Universidade do Minho and Chemical Engineering and Applications from KU Leuven.
