Ton van Lith

Ton van Lith has extensive work experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, holding global director roles in multiple companies. Ton started their career as a teacher of Physical Education before transitioning into the HR field. Ton worked as an Intermediary at Randstad before joining Ewals Cargo Care as an HR Manager. Ton then moved to Office Depot, where they served as the Director of Compensation & Benefits Europe. Later, they became the HR Manager for the BNLX region. In 2016, they joined Oce - A Canon Company as the Global Director of Compensation & Benefits, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they are working as the Global Director of Compensation & Benefits at Canon Production Printing since 2020, where they manage the international C&B function and leads global initiatives.
