Heidi Richards

Heidi Richards, PHR, serves as the Director of Global Benefits at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving since April 2019, following a series of progressive roles within SIRVA, including Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager. Starting in May 2007 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, Heidi has managed employee relations, spearheaded new recruiting and onboarding systems, and implemented employee engagement initiatives. Heidi holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Health Care Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
