Deborah L. Whitelaw

Deborah L. Whitelaw is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Canon USA since August 2017, overseeing employment and non-employment litigation nationwide. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as an Attorney for the Department of Homeland Security's Customs & Border Protection from May 2014 to August 2017, representing the agency in various administrative hearings related to employment issues. Deborah also gained significant litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Valli Kane & Vagnini, LLP from July 2010 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science & Philosophy from McGill University.
