Eric Hegdahl, ACC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, curriculum development, and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist at Canon USA since July 2018, Eric focuses on enhancing leadership skills, integrating AI tools for operational efficiency, and developing training materials that adapt to evolving business needs. As the Founder and Chief Coaching Officer of Eric Hegdahl LLC, Eric partners with clients to drive sustainable change linked to personal growth and organizational success. Previous roles include Career Coach at The Muse, Learning & Development Specialist at Sales & Orders, and instructor at General Assembly, among others. Eric holds an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Northeastern University.
