Peter Plaia

Peter Plaia has over two decades of experience in technical and product support roles, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Canon USA since December 2004. Previously, Peter held positions as a Network Administrator at Intershop Communications from August 1999 to July 2001 and as a Field Service Engineer/Network Administrator at Loyal Business Machines, Inc. from May 1995 to August 1999. Educationally, Peter earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electromechanical Technology from the New York Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1993 and an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York from 1987 to 1990.
