Abrar R. has a diverse range of work experience with various companies. In 2023, they founded Canopey, a home for ethical consumerism. Before that, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Intropic from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Frontend Web Developer at NatWest Group. Prior to that, they worked at RBS for three years, holding different positions such as Product Owner, Production Support Analyst, DevOps Analyst, and Solutions Specialist. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at The University of Nottingham as a Web Development Guru and Week One Representative.

Abrar R. completed their High School education at Mastermind English School from 2011 to 2013, earning a degree in GCE A Levels. Later, from 2013 to 2016, Abrar R. attended The University of Nottingham where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
