Jed Stone

Jed Stone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer solutions, operations, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions & Operations at Canopy since November 2024, Jed previously held the position of Senior Director, Head of Customer Success at Flatiron Health from August 2017 to November 2024, where leadership encompassed Customer Partnerships and Services teams.
