Mariana Vital Morgado

Mariana Vital Morgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Coach in Residence at Canopy Community since January 2025, Mariana previously held multiple senior positions at BladeInsight from January 2020 to March 2024, including COO, Head of Sales & Marketing, and Head of Communications, specializing in wind energy solutions. Prior to that, Mariana worked at the Portuguese Competition Authority from May 2009 to January 2020, where roles included Senior Adviser in the Cabinet of the President and Acting Head of Cabinet of the President. Additionally, Mariana served as a UNDP Consultant for the International Relations Unit at CADE Brazil in 2015 and held internships at the Instituto de Estudos Estratégicos e Internacionais and the European Commission. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Politics and Government in the European Union from The London School of Economics, a Master's in Project Management from Iscte, and a BA in Politics and Sociology from the University of Warwick.
