Eric Wolske

Eric Wolske is currently the Hub Manager at Canopy Farm Management. Previously, Eric worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign focusing on the fruit component of multifunctional polycultures. Eric has experience as an Intern at Flyway Family Farm, where Eric was involved in alternative and sustainable housing research and development. Additionally, Eric has worked as an Assistant Manager at Owl Creek Vineyard and as a Vineyard Supervisor at Katy Lynn Vineyard & Winery. Eric's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Agronomy and Crop Science, a Masters in Crop Production, and a Bachelor of Science in Plant & Soil Science.
