Ethan Posilkin is a seasoned professional in the food industry, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Revival Gourmet Foods since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ethan held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Canopy Foods from November 2019 to April 2024 and was the Director of Commercialization & New Business during their tenure there. From December 2015 to November 2019, Ethan worked as the Director of Product Development & Culinary Application at Devault Foods and began a career in quality assurance as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Eggland's Best, Inc. from July 2014 to December 2015. Additionally, Ethan has experience in academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Drexel University, instructing various undergraduate and graduate lab classes within the food science program. Earlier in Ethan's career, culinary skills were honed as a chef at STARR RESTAURANTS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
