Susan Dunfee

Susan Dunfee is a seasoned mortgage loan officer currently serving at Canopy Mortgage since January 2022, with prior experience at CrossCountry Mortgage, Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, and Academy Mortgage Corporation, where expertise in originating various residential mortgages, including FHA, VA, and USDA loans, has been demonstrated. Since January 2025, Susan has also functioned as a University Development Counselor at Grand Canyon University, focusing on outreach and partnerships to enhance access to education for working adults. Additionally, Susan has held leadership roles including President of The Oaks Condominiums Home Owner's Association and has a diverse background in social services and management. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Linfield University and has completed a study abroad program in Costa Rica.
