Andrew Hotsko currently serves as Regional President at Canopy Service Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Technology Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America from July 2021 to July 2023. Andrew founded and served as CEO of Recovery Box, a company focused on heat and cold therapy injury prevention tools for military veterans, which received funding from the Penn/Wharton Innovation Fund and participated in Wharton's VIP X accelerator in 2020. Andrew's military service includes being a Recruiting Officer in the United States Marine Corps from May 2012 to August 2019, where Andrew received the Recruiter of the Year award and the Centurion award for contracting over 100 Marine Officers, and served as an Infantry Officer in the 3d Battalion 5th Marines. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy (2008-2012).
