Our team of planning, design, and development experts is led by renowned visionary and urban planner, Janet Marie Smith, who pioneered the renaissance of urban sports across the US, and her partner Fran Weld, whose work at the intersection of real estate, public policy, and sports has earned national recognition. Rooted in their unique approaches to individual teams and cities, and legendary commitment to details, we deliver iconic spaces of passion and pride.
