John Mckimm

John McKimm is currently a Board Member at Cansortium Holdings. John has previously served as Executive Chairman at Daedalian e-Solutions Inc., where they invested in the company and oversaw a strategic and financial restructuring that took the company public and eventually sold it to Telus for $29 million. John has also served as Founder, Partner, and Chairman of Steppingstone Group of Companies, a merchant banking and financial advisory firm that provides corporate finance and strategic advisory services to private and public companies, as well as makes investments in select situations. Their activities with Steppingstone Group of Companies have been global in scope. Prior to that, they served as Managing Director of McKimm & Company Inc., President/CEO of Midas Capital Corporation, and Principal of Calcap Corporate Finance Limited. John has also served as VP and Director of Richardson-Greensheilds of Canada Limited.

John Mckimm has a LLB from the University of Western Ontario - Law School, an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and is currently completing their BBA at the University of New Brunswick - Business School.
