Juan Carlos Giron Jr. serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canstar Resources, a TSX.V listed mineral resources company focused on critical and precious metal exploration. Since April 2019, Juan Carlos has been the Principal at Process Alpha Consulting, specializing in strategy, management, and capital for high-growth ventures. Previously, Juan Carlos held executive roles at EnviroGold Global, where responsibilities included both Executive and Senior Vice President, and at Comstock Mining Inc. as President and CFO. Other notable positions include Consulting Project Manager at Nearsight and Corporate Development Consultant at Hydrus Technology Holdings. Juan Carlos began a career in finance as a Financial Advisor in the International Division at UBS from March 2010 to April 2019.
