Will Upshur

Will Upshur is an experienced finance and strategy professional currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Canstar Resources since January 2024 and as Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at New Venture since April 2023. Previously, Will held senior positions at EnviroGold Global, Palladium: Make It Possible, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Additional experience includes roles as a Strategy Consultant, Senior Associate at Caerus Associates, and Analyst positions at the U.S. Treasury and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Will holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish from Eckerd College, and a Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Extension School.
