Luis N. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Luis started their career in 2008 as a Pharmacist at Farmacia Castro Castillo, where they were responsible for procurement, dispensing, pharmacotherapy follow-up, and pharmaceutical compounding. In 2013, they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Advisor at Oya Abogados & Asesores.

In 2014, Luis joined Chemo as a Project Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of new product launches and managing day-to-day project execution. Luis later became the OTC Sales & BD Manager, responsible for international commercial activities, negotiation of agreements, and market analysis.

In 2019, Luis joined ADL BioPharma as a Business Development Manager, focusing on global B2B sales and project management in the CDMO services sector. Luis promoted and negotiated supply agreements and played a key role in R&D and operations.

Currently, Luis is working at Cantabria Labs since 2020, initially as an International KAM to expand the company's brands in the LATAM region and support pharmaceutical licensing activities. Luis has now taken on the role of Innovation Director, leading the scientific research, pharmaceutical development, and coordination of the cross-functional team for further innovation at Cantabria Labs.

Luis N. completed an AMP program in Executive Education at IE Business School from 2018 to 2019. Their education history also includes a Master's Degree in Innovation, Drug Research & Development from Universidad de Granada, a degree in Pharmacy from the same institution, and a degree in Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) from Università degli Studi di Cagliari. They have obtained additional certifications in Value Added Medicines / Scientific, Regulatory and IP Analysis from Symmetric Training in 2022, as well as certifications in Advancing Negotiation Skills and Project Management Executive Skills from Scotwork and the Project Management Institute, respectively.
