Paul Funk

Paul Funk is an experienced professional with a strong background in call center operations and collections management. Currently serving as the Director of Call Center Operations & Accounts Receivable at Cantaloupe Inc since 2021, Paul is responsible for restructuring the customer service team, optimizing operations, and analyzing metrics to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions at Sallie Mae for over a decade, including Senior Director of Collections and Operations Support, where management of over 100 staff and oversight of significant budgets were key responsibilities.
