Thoas Fioretos

Thoas Fioretos has been employed in various roles since 2002. Thoas began their career as Senior Consultant in Clinical Genetics at Region Skåne in 2002. In 2007, they became a Founder, Board Member & Scientific Advisor at Qlucore, as well as a Member of the Review Committee of the Swedish Cancer Society at Cancerfonden. In 2008, they took on the role of Professor at Lunds universitet, and in 2009 they became a Founder & Board Member at Cantargia AB. In 2016, they became a Member of the Review Committee of the Norwegian Cancer Society at Knut och Alice Wallenbergs Stiftelse, and in 2018 they took on the role of Wallenberg Clinical Scholar at the same company. Most recently, in 2021, they became Platform Director Clinical Genomics at SciLifeLab.

Thoas Fioretos received their Doctor of Medicine - MD from Lund University in 1988, and their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Lund University in 1996.
