Brian Lopatka

Brian Lopatka has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. In 2006, they began their career as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where they worked until 2012. During this period, they also served as a Department Manager for the North American Crest toothpaste production.

In 2012, Brian joined Patheon as a Production Manager in the softgel packaging department. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Site Director for Lean & Operational Excellence, where they led continuous improvement efforts and coached change leaders. Brian remained with Patheon until 2015.

After leaving Patheon, Brian co-founded Ampogee in 2015 and assumed the role of Co-Founder & COO. Ampogee aimed to motivate and engage employees in manufacturing plants, with a focus on operational excellence. Brian served as COO until 2019.

In 2019, Brian joined Canter Power Systems as a Senior Vice President and later became the Chief Executive Officer in 2022. Currently, they hold this position at Canter Power Systems.

Brian Lopatka attended North Carolina State University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Chemical Engineering. Brian then pursued their MBA from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Business.
