Toni Bache

Toni Bache serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Scale Their Success since March 2017, where the focus lies on redefining work-life balance for achieving financial success. In addition, Toni has been an Independent Director at Surf Life Saving Australia since August 2019, contributing to strategic direction and risk management. As Deputy Chair at Canterbury College since April 2020, Toni promotes innovative learning strategies for producing globally prepared graduates. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Stryker from 2010 to 2021, where Toni led business strategy and HR operations across various international markets, and as Human Resources Director at Electronic Arts from 2005 to 2010, overseeing HR for multiple regions. Toni holds an MBA from Griffith University, a Bachelor of Business, and completed the Stryker Leadership program at Harvard Business School.
