Carolyn Lauren has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carolyn began their career in 1996 as a Registered Nurse and Donor Attendant at the New Zealand Blood Transfusion Service. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Clinical Trials Coordinator at St Thomas' Hospital. In 2000, they joined The Lister Hospital as an Assisted Conception Unit Staff Nurse. Carolyn then worked at Canterbury District Health Board from 2003 to 2007 as a Haemostasis Clinical Nurse Specialist. Finally, they joined Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury where they held various roles such as Haemostasis Research Coordinator, Haematology Clinical Trials Coordinator, and currently serves as the Haematology Clinical Trials Team Lead since 2016.
