David Baldwin

David Baldwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network engineering and product ownership. Currently serving as the Transalpine Product Owner for Data and Networks at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury since September 2020, David previously held multiple roles at 2degrees, including Senior Network and Security Consultant and Senior Network Engineer, from July 2015 to September 2020. David's career also includes significant positions such as Senior Network Engineer at Snap Internet, Network Specialist at IBM, and Product Design Engineer at both SKOPE and Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. David began their career as an ICT Support Technician at South Ayrshire Council. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the University of Canterbury, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
