Edward Miller

Edward Miller is an experienced dining and hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and beverage management. Currently serving as the Dining Room Manager at Canterbury Golf Club since March 2024, Edward has previously held key positions including Managing Partner at Kitchen Social and General Manager at Mai Chau Restaurant/Three Tigers Brewing, where responsibilities included staff hiring, training, and menu development. Edward has also operated as the Tap Room General Manager at Kindred Brewing Co., ensuring seamless operations in a new craft beer venue, and contributed as an Assistant Operations Manager at The Ohio State University during the opening of Traditions at Scott.
