Jay Foster

Jay Foster has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jay is currently working as a Business Development Manager at H-T-L perma USA LP since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at LiftOne as a Territory Sales Manager from August 2021 to June 2023, and as an Aftermarket Account Manager from April 2021 to September 2021. Before joining LiftOne, Jay worked at Comer Industries where they held various positions including Distribution Sales Manager from August 2019 to April 2021, Sales Engineer from November 2016 to August 2019, and Application and Quality Engineer from June 2014 to November 2016. Jay also worked at Boeing as a Creative Inquiry- Lean Six Sigma from May 2013 to May 2014, and at Parker Hannifin as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op from May 2011 to December 2012.

Jay Foster completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business from the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Clemson University from 2009 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Jay also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Clemson University in May 2014.
