Jason Farnsworth

Jason Farnsworth currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Canto, a position held since June 2021, after previously holding the title of Director of Software Engineering within the same company. Prior to this, Jason was Manager of Software Engineering at Lytx, Inc. from May 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included designing and building a data streaming and analytics infrastructure utilizing technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and AWS. Additionally, Jason worked as Manager of Delivery at Mitchell International from July 2011 to May 2019, leading initiatives focused on designing microservices, implementing branching strategies, managing release cadences, and enhancing automated testing practices across multiple teams and products to improve quality and sustainability in design and deployment processes.
