Jennifer Cox is an experienced director in customer support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Canto since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at MerlinOne from April 1998 to August 2023, including Director of Customer Support, Support Team Manager, Senior Project Manager, Technical Support Team Lead, and Systems Support Engineer. Jennifer was responsible for leading support teams, managing complex installation and upgrade projects, training engineers, and providing high-level technical support to customers. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University between 1991 and 1995.
