Martin Krasser

Martin Krasser currently serves as the Senior Director of Machine Learning and Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Canto, focusing on scaling and extending AI Visual Search solutions. With extensive experience as a freelance software and machine learning engineer since 2011, Martin has developed innovative projects in deep learning. Prior roles include Director of Machine Learning at MerlinOne, where Martin led the development of an AI search engine, and various engineering positions at Red Bull Media House and agido GmbH, focusing on distributed systems and real-time data management. Educational background includes a Mag. rer. nat. in Chemistry from the University of Graz, completed in 1997.
