Thomas Paden

Thomas Paden worked as Quality Manager at Fiat Chrysler from June 2004 to November 2009, overseeing quality control checks, implementing improvements to production processes, and managing inspectors. He then transitioned to Canton Chamber of Commerce, MI where he held the role of Membership Relations Director from December 2009 to March 2011. Currently, he serves as the President of the Chamber, managing day-to-day operations, representing the Chamber on various platforms, and developing strategic partnerships to build prosperity in the community.
