Federico Umberto Mion

Federico Umberto Mion has a diverse work experience. Federico Umberto is currently the Head of Finance & Administration at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) since January 2019. Federico Umberto is also a Reviewer for Health Services Management Research (HSMR) since November 2022. In addition, they are a Lecturer at USI Università della Svizzera italiana since February 2020. Previously, they worked as a Researcher at SUPSI from September 2016 to December 2018 and as a Strategic Advisor at IFARC - Institute for Fine Art Research and Conservation from November 2013 to December 2018. Federico Umberto has also held various roles at AION Masterpieces SA, FPM SA, EY, Nestle, and the University of Lausanne.

Federico Umberto Mion has a diverse education history. Federico Umberto recently pursued a Doctor of Business Administration degree from SDA Bocconi, specializing in Business Administration and Management. This program started in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2024.

Before that, Federico completed a Master of Science degree in International Business from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne. This program spanned from 2008 to 2010.

In 2005, Federico obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from USI Università della Svizzera italiana.

In addition to formal education, Federico has also acquired various certifications. In 2020, they received the Swiss Certificate of Competence for Ocean Yachting from the Cruising Club of Switzerland. In 2016, they obtained the Revisore certification from the Autorità federale di sorveglianza dei revisori (ASR). In 2014, they achieved the Fiduciario Commercialista certification from the Autorità di vigilanza sull’esercizio delle professioni di fiduciario - Repubblica e Cantone Ticino. Lastly, in 2012, Federico acquired the Internal Auditor QMS 2008 certification from The International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA).
