Jonathan Bertossa

Jonathan Bertossa has been working at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) since January 2004, holding various positions such as IT Governance, PMO e Project Manager, and System and Datacenter Administrator. Jonathan is experienced in managing hardware and software infrastructure, including servers, blade systems, storage, virtualization, database administration, monitoring systems, and more. Additionally, Jonathan has provided ServiceDesk support for 4000 users and managed account and VPN users at the company. Prior to EOC, Jonathan worked at Swisscom as a Computer Science Apprentice. Jonathan is currently pursuing further education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, specializing in project management.
