David Paul

David Paul is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Litigation at Cantor Fitzgerald since July 2015, David drives strategy and leads a team managing the firm's in-house litigation. Prior to this role, David worked as a Bankruptcy Litigator at Togut, Segal & Segal LLP, handling complex bankruptcy litigation involving substantial debt restructuring. David also gained significant experience as a leading litigator at Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein LLP and as a litigator at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where responsibilities included legal research and managing a large document review team. David earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
