Priti Patel

Priti Patel is an experienced professional in talent development and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Early Careers & EMEA Talent Development Lead at Cantor Fitzgerald since May 2025. Prior to this role, Priti held a similar position at BGC Group from January 2019 to May 2025 and served as the Early Careers & Talent Development Manager for EMEA & APAC, as well as the Graduate Programme Manager. Priti's earlier experience includes positions at the London Stock Exchange Group in graduate recruitment and development, and at Capgemini Consulting and FactSet as a graduate recruiter and recruiting coordinator. Priti holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London and a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications.
