Raffi Garnighian

Raffi Garnighian is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, securities compliance, and transactional matters. Currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald since June 2022, Raffi oversees corporate governance and public company advisory for Newmark Group, Inc. Previously, Raffi held positions as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Fried Frank, specializing in capital markets, and as a corporate and tax attorney at Wysocki Law Group, focusing on the cannabis and emerging technology sectors. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a capital markets attorney at Mayer Brown and participation in the Melissa & Doug Entrepreneurship Fellowship. Raffi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, a Doctor of Law from The George Washington University Law School, and completed a summer session at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
