Stephen A. Karas Jr.

Stephen A. Karas Jr. serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Strategic Change at Cantor Fitzgerald since October 2018, overseeing a global team of 40 employees and spearheading various financial initiatives, including a five-year Finance Transformation program. Previously, Stephen held significant roles at HSBC and the Royal Bank of Scotland, contributing to stress testing and financial planning and analysis. Stephen's earlier experience includes positions at Cantor Fitzgerald and Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities ranged from management reporting to profitability analysis. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics, Stephen also brings extensive experience from internships at Siemens.
