Mila's expertise spans areas such as disability management, employee relations, leave management, and HRIS administration, supplemented by a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
