Tell Mueller-Pettenpohl

Tell Mueller-Pettenpohl is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Video AI at Canva since October 2025. Previously, Tell held engineering management roles at Zepto and Atlassian, where responsibilities included leading teams to enhance AI/ML capabilities and managing long-term roadmaps for AI platform services. As a co-founder and CTO at Wattcost, Tell directed the development of an energy analytics platform, significantly impacting over 1 million users. Early career experiences include software development and systems engineering roles at Fractalia, H. Pettenpohl Tiefbohrgesellschaft, and Ueberlandwerk Fulda AG.
