David Cook

Dave has over thirty-five years of experience as a mental health clinician and as an administrator in mental health settings and is a licensed independent clinical social worker. He started his career with the Wilder Foundation in St. Paul serving families and children, and over the years held administrative positions at UnitedHealth Care and Medica. Most recently, Dave was the CEO at Zumbro Valley Health Center in Rochester, MN, until he retired in July 2017. He served as the President of the Minnesota Association of Community Mental Health Programs for two years and is passionate about securing adequate funding for mental health services in Minnesota.
