Mlondi Magubane

Mlondi Magubane is an experienced industrial engineer currently employed at Canway (Pty) Ltd since October 2023, focusing on the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Previous roles include serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at The Beverage Company from December 2021 to October 2023, where product quality objectives and documentation were managed. Mlondi also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Refsol International and as an Engineering Trainee at Tiger Brands, contributing to performance monitoring and equipment installations.
