Joseph Pfeiffer

Joe Pfeiffer is a Director within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Pfeiffer joined Canyon in 2017 and primarily focuses on acquisitions, asset management, and business plan execution of equity investments in the Canyon Catalyst Fund, a CalPERS separate account focused on the real estate emerging manager space. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Pfeiffer worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he was responsible for repositioning and managing underperforming real estate investments owned by the City of New York. Additionally, Mr. Pfeiffer has held positions at L+M Development Partners and PCCP, LLC. Mr. Pfeiffer is a graduate of Lehigh University (B.S., Finance with a minor in French Modern Languages and Literature) and the UCLA Anderson School of Management (M.B.A., Real Estate).
