Alberto Suarez

Alberto Suarez has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and support. Alberto has held various managerial positions, including Director of Information Technology Service Delivery at Canyon Ranch, IT Support & Operations Manager at Tandy Leather, and IT Store Infrastructure Technology & Services Manager at Signet. Alberto has also worked as an IT Help Desk Assistant Manager at Buchanan Technologies and as a Software & Web Support Technician at a la mode, inc. Prior to their IT career, Alberto served in the United States Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer and worked as a Campus Security Officer at Rutgers University–Camden. Alberto also gained law enforcement experience as a Shift Supervisor/Patrol Officer at Shipyard Plantation Security.

Alberto Suarez earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Rutgers University - Camden from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Camden County College from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Alberto has obtained certifications in Product Discovery and Delivery from Cprime, Inc (obtained in 2023), ITIL Foundation (obtained in 2016), and Microsoft Certified Professional (obtained in 2011).
