Dilcia Hilario

Dilcia Hilario, SPHR has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Dilcia began their career as a Human Resources Associate at Kings County District Attorney in 1999 and worked there until 2002. Dilcia then joined Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino as a Benefits Manager from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, Dilcia became the Director of People Services at Canyon Ranch, where they have since continued to contribute their expertise.

Dilcia Hilario, SPHR obtained a BA degree in Government and Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY).
