Kiki Keefner

Kiki Keefner is currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Canyon Ranch since June 2023. Prior to this, Kiki held various leadership positions including General Manager/VP at Old Tucson, Field Human Resources Manager at eegee's, and Senior Project Director at ELK RENTAL, INC. With a background in operations and human resources management, Kiki has extensive experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Kiki founded Sweet Pea and has held positions at Mastro's Restaurants and Red Mountain Weight Loss. Kiki attended Pima Community College for their education.
