Nicole Stevenson

Nicole Stevenson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Nicole began their career in 2012 as a Project Management Intern at Impossible Possibilities, where they coordinated various projects for an educational non-profit organization. Nicole then worked as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they learned all aspects of the business and was involved in fleet management and human resources.

In 2014, Nicole joined Textron Aviation as an Intern Program Manager, managing the internship program and participating in on-campus recruiting. Nicole also worked in talent acquisition and management. Nicole then moved on to Textron Systems, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting production employees and integrated supply chain professionals.

Nicole continued their career at Textron Aviation and took on the role of Talent Development Specialist, measuring employee engagement and supporting community relations. Nicole later became a Human Resources Business Partner, providing strategic solutions to international sales, marketing, and customer experience teams.

In 2018, Nicole joined Textron Specialized Vehicles as a Senior Manager in Logistics, overseeing global outbound shipments and managing various teams and budgets. Nicole also served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, handling talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and compliance, among other responsibilities.

Most recently, Nicole started working at Target as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting team members with HR-related needs and driving talent and succession discussions with senior leadership. Nicole also managed company communications.

In 2022, Nicole is set to join Canyon Ranch as a Human Resources Director.

Nicole Stevenson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Nicole also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Kansas.
