Paul Monson

Paul Monson, FPC, has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Canyon Ranch since June 2016, where responsibilities include preparing and processing bi-weekly multi-state payrolls. Previously, Paul worked at Target from July 2009 to June 2016 as a Senior HR Specialist, supporting operational managers, overseeing payroll, staffing, onboarding, and benefits administration, as well as providing feedback and process improvements as a Fulfilment Center Team Member. Earlier in their career, from June 2003 to July 2009, Paul was a Sales Assistant Senior at The University of Arizona Bookstores, where Paul developed training programs for student and seasonal employees, managed payroll, and supported HR tasks. Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Troy University between 2007 and 2010.
