Elsa Techer

Elsa Techer is an experienced managing director with a robust background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the head of CAP Ingelec's Spain Agency since November 2020, Elsa oversees a team of over 40 professionals to execute large-scale, fast-track EPC projects. Prior to this role, Elsa held various positions including Project Director for multiple DATA4 design and construction projects, and as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. Previous experience includes leading the engineering department at PackBenefit and managing project processes at Synersight. Elsa's early career featured roles at Tecnicas Reunidas and Subsea 7, where skills in project controls and offshore operations were honed. Elsa holds a Master of Business Administration from EAE Business School and a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée.
